a course. Upon request, CU-Boulder, UNC and CSU-Pueblo will provide detailed
course information including an outline of assignments, approximate
book cost and instructor information.
- Identify
which institution offers the course.
- Complete
the registration form.

- Mail
or fax your registration form, along with tuition and fees, to
the institution offering the course.
MSCD courses require the additional

service charge will be assessed for all returned checks.) To charge
tuition, indicate the type of credit card, credit card number,
and expiration date.

can register by phone at Adams State, Colorado State, CU-Boulder,
UNC, and CSU-Pueblo if you are charging the tuition and fees.

Consortium members accept Visa and MasterCard. The Discover Card is
accepted by Adams State, Colorado State, CU-Boulder, MSCD, UNC and
CSU-Pueblo. American Express is accepted by Colorado State. Phone registrations
are accepted Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Mountain Time.
Course materials will be sent via first-class mail or United Parcel
Service..
