Distance Degrees-Colorado State University

Colorado State University Division of Educational Outreach has offered distance degrees since 1967. During that time over 1,000 degrees have been conferred to students in the fields of agriculture, engineering, business, computer science, statistics, and human resource development. Some on-campus courses are videotaped, then shipped to students in the U.S., Canada, and at APO/FPO addresses. Three degrees are now offered entirely online, allowing international students to register for those programs. Students complete assignments, take exams, and confer with faculty using online technologies. (A top 20 Cyber-U., Forbes 1997.)
